3 Billion Reasons
The 3 Billion Reasons campaign brings together the international donor community and developing country governments to act now to protect and promote the sexual and reproductive rights and health of adolescent and youth.

Addressing Postpartum Hemorrhage
Currently, Pathfinder is working in five countries, India, Nigeria, Bangladesh, Peru and Tanzania, directing projects aimed at reducing morbidity and mortality associated with postpartum hemorrhage.

Extending Service Delivery (ESD)
The Extending Service Delivery Project is a USAID-funded initiative that addresses the need for quality, community-based reproductive health and family planning services and information for poor, hard-to-reach, and underserved populations.

Community-Based Family Planning
The Community-Based Family Planning Project focuses on increasing access to family planning and reproductive health services, as well as enhancing availability of clean water supplies at multiple sites in Tanzania, Uganda, and Papua New Guinea.

Geração Biz (Mozambique)
The Geração Biz project supports a group of approximately 5,000 male and female peer educators, who are trained to reach youth in their school and communities with information on services, life skills, and contraception.

Takamol (Egypt)
Funded by USAID, Takamol promotes an integrated model for strengthening maternal/child health, family planning, and reproductive health services in Egypt.

APHIAplus: Northern Arid Lands (Kenya)
APHIAplus Northern Arid Lands works in the Coast and the North Eastern province to expand the availability of HIV and AIDS and tuberculosis prevention, treatment, care and support, along with integrated reproductive health and family planning services.

Pathfinder International’s Mukta project works in 10 districts of the state of Maharashtra to reduce the prevalence of sexually transmitted infections among sex workers and other vulnerable populations.

Basic Health Services (Yemen)
The five year Yemen Basic Health Services Program (BHS) assists the Yemeni government in improving maternal and child health in the five northern and eastern governorates. |
