Saving Lives with Family Planning
Haiti: April 2009
Earlier this month New York Times columnist Nicholas D. Kristof visited a Haitian slum and met Nahomie, an impoverished woman who is pregnant with her tenth child. In this short video produced by Erik Olsen, Mr. Kristof touches on several themes that directly relate to Pathfinder's work including the need for access to quality family planning, improved girls' education, empowered women, and increased funding for family planning worldwide.
