Pathfinder International is a nonprofit organization, established in 1957, dedicated to providing high quality reproductive health and family planning services that improve the lives of women and their families throughout the developing world. Pathfinder is headquartered in Watertown, Massachusetts, with an additional domestic office in Washington D.C., and international offices in Angola, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Botswana, Brazil, Burundi, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guinea, India, Kenya, Moldova, Mozambique, Nigeria, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Tanzania, Uganda, Viet Nam, and Yemen.
